These terms apply when you use hoopstreamlab.com and its tools ("HoopStreamLab", "we", "us"). HoopStreamLab is run from Western Australia. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What HoopStreamLab is
HoopStreamLab is an independent set of tools for people who play ESPN fantasy basketball. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ESPN, the NBA or any NBA team. Team and league names are used only to describe real games and players.
Our plans, projections, injury estimates and buy or sell calls are estimates made from public schedules, box scores and injury reports. They can be wrong or out of date, and they aren't advice. You decide what to do with your fantasy team.
Your fantasy league
To connect a league you give us its public league link or ID. We read what ESPN shows publicly for that league. We never ask for your ESPN password, and you shouldn't give it to us.
Free trial and payment
A HoopStreamLab subscription costs $24.99 USD for one NBA season, after a 7-day free trial. The trial doesn't need a card. If you choose to pay, you pay through our payment provider, who handles your card details and any tax shown at checkout. A season subscription runs until the end of that NBA regular season and playoffs, and doesn't renew without your say-so.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees. If a paid service has a major failure, you can ask for a refund at support@hoopstreamlab.com.
Using the site fairly
- Don't copy, resell or republish our tools, data or pages as your own.
- Don't scrape the site, overload it, or try to get into parts of it you aren't meant to reach.
- Don't share a paid account with people outside your household.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep HoopStreamLab running, but it depends on outside sources such as ESPN and the NBA, and it may be down or incomplete at times. We may change or remove features, and we may update these terms. If we make a change that matters, we'll update the date at the top, and tell paying customers by email.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using HoopStreamLab, including fantasy results, lost prizes or lost bets. Where the law doesn't let us exclude liability, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of Western Australia.
